Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions of registration for video conference courses:
1. The student will need tools and material to be able to take the classes (the lust and providers will be given by the school via email once the registration process is complete).
2. Classes by videoconference are recorded. Students will receive a link with the recorded class that will remain open for a week, once this period has ended, it will not be able to be activated again.
3. In order to make communication more fluid between the teacher and the students and to be able to resolve doubts that may arise during the learning process, a WhatsApp group will be opened and remain active from the day the course begins until a week later of its completion. The use of this group is only for questions relevant to the course. if someone uses this medium for other purposes that the course it will be immediately and without notice removed from the group. Likewise, ASOCIACIÓN EL TALLER DE JOYERIA is not responsible for the use that a third party or member of the group could make with the contact information of the people of the WhatsApp group, neither during nor after the course.
Cancellation and refund policy for courses by videoconference:
If you have completed the registration process and wish to cancel your attendance you must notify the school in writing before the course begins at eltaller@eltallerdejoyeria.com
If the course has NOT started, the school will keep 15% of the total and will refund the rest.
If the withdrawal is requested once the course has started, no refund will be made.
Cancellation and refund policy for video streaming courses:
No refunds.
